YADDA ZAKUBI HANYOYIN DAZA ABI DON RAGE KIBA DA TUMBI CIKIN SAUKI👇🏻👇🏻:
1- Rage amfani da abincin mai dauke da sugar diyawa yana taimakawa wajen rage kiba sosai.

5- Amfani da yayan itatuwa fiyeda abinci yakan rage kiba sosai .
