Ki samu tukunya ki sa nama, albasa, curry, garlic ki jajjaga ki zuba, thyme, gishiri, attarugu, spice da seasoning da ki ke so sai ruwa kadan, ki rufe ki bari namar ta nuna sosai har sai ya ragargaje da kansa.

Idan ya dahu ki zuba attarugu kadan ki daka naman, sannan ki dinga debo dakakken naman kina turawa cikin kwai, idan ya cika sai ki debo kwanduwar ki toshe bakin kwan da ita, haka zakiyi tayi har ki gama, sannan ki dinga tsoma kwan a cikin ruwan kwai kina soyawa, idan ya soyu sai ki kwashe, wannan nama cikin kwan yana da dadi.

PREPARATION

Ki tafasa namanki da maggi, curry, thyme, albasa, ki daka shi sosai, ki fasa kwai ki yanka albasa, attarugu, ki zuba dakakken nama, ki karo maggi da gishiri daidai yadda kike so, ki kada sosai, ki soya kamar wainar kwai.
