4. **Ciwon Endometriosis:** Wannan na faruwa ne idan kyallen da ke cikin mahaifa ya fara girma a wasu sassan jiki, wanda ke haifar da zafi yayin jima’i.


5. **Matsalolin Psychologic (Psychological Factors):** Kamar damuwa, tsoro ko rashin nishadi na iya haifar da zafi yayin jima’i.


6. **Tsaurin farji (Vaginismus):** Matsalar da ke haifar da tsuke wa da ciwon farji yayin shigar zakari.


Idan kina jin zafi yayin jima’i, yana da kyau ki ga likita domin duba lafiyarki da kuma gano musabbabin matsalar. Likita zai iya bada shawara akan hanyoyin magani da suka dace.


Don rage jin zafi yayin jima’i, za a iya bin wadannan hanyoyi:


1. **Tabbatar da cikakken shiri (Foreplay):** Yin cikakken shiri kafin fara jima'i yana taimakawa wajen motsa sha’awa da samar da ruwa a farji, wanda ke sa shigar zakari ya fi sauki kuma ba tare da jin zafi ba.


2. **Amfani da man shafawa (Lubricants):** Amfani da man shafawa na iya rage gogewa da zafi. Ana iya amfani da man shafawa na ruwa ko na gel, musamman idan akwai rashin isasshen ruwa a farji.


3. **Samo Matsayi mai Dadi:** Gwada matsayi daban-daban na jima’i da za su iya rage jin zafi. Misali, mace tana iya zama a saman namiji don ta iya sarrafa zurfin shigar zakari da kuma saurin motsi.


4. **Yin Sannu a Hankali:** Yin jima’i a hankali na iya rage jin zafi. Kula da martanin juna yana da muhimmanci; idan mace tana jin zafi, namiji ya kamata ya dakata ko rage sauri.


5. **Zama cikin natsuwa:** Damuwa da rashin natsuwa na iya kara zafin da ake ji yayin jima’i. Yin motsa jiki na natsuwa kamar yin numfashi a hankali ko kuma tattaunawa da juna zai taimaka wajen rage damuwa.

7. **Shan Ruwa:** Shan ruwa da kuma kula da lafiya gabaɗaya zai taimaka wajen kiyaye ruwa a jiki, wanda ke taimakawa wajen samun ruwa a farji.


8. **Neman Shawarar Likita:** Idan akwai matsalar lafiya kamar kumburin farji ko ciwon endometriosis, ya kamata mace ta nemi shawarar likita domin samun magani da shawarwari na musamman.
